There’s something quite endearing about the smiles on the faces of Karen and Adam. You can’t help but smile yourself when you see just how happy this couple truly is on their wedding day.
I met Karen and Adam back in February 2013. At our first meeting, I could tell they were going to be a fun couple (and yes, I was right)! They spoke with so much passion about their wedding day plans, their venue, and all the little details that would go into their wedding day. I knew it was going to be a busy day, but I had no doubt it would be a spectacular day thanks to all their hard work.
Fast-forward to July 12, 2013… their big day. Neeta and I arrived at Spring Valley Country Club ahead of our scheduled arrival time (thank goodness for smooth sailing on I-95!) so we stopped to get some footage of the expansive golf greens prior to making our way inside the country club. What an amazing venue! From the soaring wood beams of the cathedral-like ceiling to the floor-to-ceiling windows that line the perimeter of the building, there are just so many beautiful details that went into designing this venue.
We’re HUGE fans of shooting in as much natural light as possible, and their wedding ceremony was about as perfect as we can get in terms of natural lighting. I love the way the sunlight gently illuminates Karen and Adam’s faces as they recite their wedding vows in Hebrew and in English. Special thanks to Rabbi David Kudan for the beautiful ceremony. And if you’re looking for a great photographer, you should definitely check out Douglas Levy Photography. Neeta and I were thrilled that both Rabbi Kudan and Douglas were so easy to work with and highly professional. It certainly made our day that much more fun! Seriously, check out Douglas’ work…. In a word… impressive!
This short clip is a "teaser" of the full wedding recap film that will be coming soon. Until then, enjoy a brief glimpse into their wedding ceremony. Congratulations to Karen and Adam on their beautiful wedding!
